of the Panthers. With a dedicated administrative team, highly qualified teachers, and staff in-house and within
the community, Northeast Bradford (NEB) strives to create an engaging, positive, learning-centered educational home for students to excel. NEB provides many opportunities for faculty and students to grow academically, as well as a variety of activities that anyone may participate in to grow socially and emotionally. With an average class ratio of 12 students to 1 teacher, Northeast’s students are not only known for their academic success but also their interests and talents. Involvement of community organizations and vested members creates a
supportive environment in and out of school for students and their families. Educating over 700 students in grades K-12, the leadership throughout Northeast Bradford School District provides a solid structure for academic success. Influencing student academics, principals, school counselors, and highly qualified faculty and staff members work together to ensure instruction fits all learning styles and abilities and is applicable to the real world work force or higher level education. Northeast Bradford offers Advanced Placement (AP) courses affiliated with CollegeBoard, dual enrollment classes through Lackawanna College, and concurrent college courses through the Commonwealth University and Lackawanna College. NEB partners with Northern Tier Career Center to offer instruction in career and technical education. To meet the needs of students learning online, NEB has is a district-approved online program, Panther Academy. Students enrolled in the Panther Academy are part of the Northeast Bradford School District and have the opportunity to participate in the same athletics and extra-curricular activities as their peers in the traditional classroom setting. With various clubs, sports, and extracurricular activities through school and community organizations, Northeast Bradford students are not only encouraged academically but also socially and emotionally as well. With these opportunities, Northeast Bradford students are encouraged to develop a well-rounded education including academics, athletics, and the arts.
