While using www.ntcareerconnect.com to request an “opportunity”, you will be asked to provide personal information that is sent to the registered education/program personnel and then to the registered organization from whom you want to request an experience.

Correspondence initiates within the Site and commences with communication outside of the Site, such as via email and telephone. In order to initiate communications to request an experience, the following personal information is required:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address (school email if applicable)

Users are strongly advised to use a dedicated school or program email address in order to best protect your privacy.

In addition to the above, an open comment field will prompt the user to comment regarding why the experience requested is of interest. It is prudently advised the user does not disclose additional personal information in the open comment field but limit comments to matters that are not confidential.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to and maintained on other websites/databases, including to process the request for an experience.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy as indicated by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
